Ending of a Bad Week

I still had a headache when I woke up but down to a 1. I took my morning medication (Cymbalta 6:20) on time. I was doing pretty good until 11am. The pain increased to about 3. I went to Iowa City with Kelly at noon. I was doing ok and then while in the doctor’s office I had a pain at the back left base of my skull that felt like the size of a hammer head pressing on my skull. It lasted about a minute and then the pain increased in the right front to about a 5 this was at 2:00pm. We went from there for her to get an x-ray. At 2:30 it happened again and the pain went to about a 6. I started feeling dizzy at about 3pm and still had head pain. At that point it was on both sides of the front of my forehead just above my eyebrows and was at a 6 on the pain scale. We were on our way home from Iowa City at that point. I started feeling really weird. I was disoriented, dizzy, exhausted, nausea, and pain. We got home and I took a muscle relaxer and went to bed at around 3:30pm. I got up at 9pm and ate dinner and went back to bed. The pain was down to a 1 again
